    A strategic overview of electronic commerce with an emphasis on major strategic marketing opportunities, issues and problems. Covers use of intranet, extranet and internet technologies to interact, collaborate and transact business with the company’s customers, employees, suppliers and partners. Both organizational and external factors are analyzed in formulating competitive online marketing strategies.

    This course combines elements of marketing theory and the contemporary sport promotion mix.     This course will investigate the major revenue sources for professional, collegiate, amateur, and youth sports and recreation organizations. These include sponsorship sales and activation, ticketing, licensing, broadcasting rights revenue, fundraising and development, and other revenue sources. There will be a heavy focus on sales, personal selling, sales management, and customer relationship management technologies.
