MATH 0398 - Introductory Algebra

A non-credit course designed to prepare students to be successful in MATH 0199 . Basic operations and properties of real numbers, geometry, beginning algebraic concepts, simplification, linear equations, applications, linear graphs and polynomials. Includes instruction in proper mathematical organization and math-specific study skills. May be required of students with a marginal background in mathematics.
