This course covers legal principles governing the aviation industry as well as historical precedents, regulatory statutes, standards, contracts, liability and insurance, current developments and court decisions. Additionally, the Railway Labor Act and its application to the airline industry, as well as students’ rights as airline employees, are addressed.
