HIST 4335 - Historic Preservation and Cultural Resources Management

An introduction to the varied uses and applications of historic preservation and cultural resources management - two major fields of public history. This course will introduce students to the essential knowledge, skills and abilities required to understand and convey the value and best practices of historic preservation and cultural resources management in the United States. Students will have hands-on experiences to complement their readings and research in the literature and theory of the fields.
