The Master of Science with a major in human sciences is designed for the student who:

plans to complete academic requirements of the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics and/or
wants to advance professionally in the other graduate content areas.

Coursework is selected with and approved by a faculty advisor.

Required Courses

Twenty-one to twenty-four credit hours of coursework from the following prefixes:

HDFS
HUSC
INDS
NUTR

Support Areas

Three to six credit hours of coursework from the following prefixes:

PADM
FORS
SOCI
KINE

Graduate Electives

Nine hours electives, per advisor approval.

Total hours: 36
