The 36-hour MA in studio art is an abbreviated track. Students wishing to advance to the terminal degree in the field may continue on to the MFA program from the MA program or apply directly to the MFA program.

MA Studio Art Curriculum

  • 12 hours advanced art history
  • 9 hours studio major concentration courses
  • 6 hours studio minor concentration courses
  • 9 hours studio electives

Total: 36 hours
