About The Mid-Year Addendum
Overview
The University Catalog is published annually and serves as a reference for the academic year. The University recognizes the evolving nature of curriculum and policy development resulting in proposal approvals throughout the academic year. The University Catalog Mid-Year Addendum allows for critical policy updates on academic courses and programs approved outside the catalog in a timely manner.
The Mid-Year Addendum is limited to policy updates to maintain compliance or align with international, national, state, and other regulatory bodies for newly approved academic courses and programs, and critical announcements. Items included in the Mid-Year Addendum are effective at the start of the Spring term unless otherwise noted.

- Effective August 20, 2024 - Human Services, BS phase-out of the program
- Effective January 10, 2025 - Geology, BS program name changed to Earth Sciences and Geologic Resources, BS
- Effective January 15, 2025 - Mass Communication, BA and Mass Communication, BS program name changed to Media and Communication, BA and Media Communication BS
- Effective January 15, 2025 - Communication Studies, BA and Communication Studies, BS consolidated into Media and Communication, BA and Media and Communication BS
