NURS 5322 - Evidence Based Research for the Advanced Practice Role

This course provides the student with the tools and knowledge to critically appraise the existing research literature and utilize findings in practice. The course builds on research concepts and processes learned in the student’s baccalaureate program. It explores theoretical foundations, ethical principles, cultural considerations and principles of research in order to enhance the student’s ability to develop an evidence-based practice.
