This course provides an analytic and systematic approach to critically appraise the existing research into nursing practice. The course builds on research concepts and evidence-based processes learned in the student’s baccalaureate program. This course explores theoretical foundations, ethical principles, cultural considerations, statistical analysis, and principles of research in order to enhance the student’s ability to develop evidence-based practice.
