NURS 4012 - Health Assessment Practicum Credit(s): 0
This course builds upon a prerequisite knowledge base from core curriculum and concurrent nursing courses. Students are provided with an opportunity for the acquisition and application of nursing assessment skills for clients. The course emphasizes normal assessment findings in the well client, as well as foundations for critical thinking and decision-making in the holistic care of diverse populations. In addition, students will learn the importance of professional communication skills.
