AGET 4218/4118 explores effective management and safety practices in agricultural laboratories, challenging students to implement research-based strategies for creating safe, efficient, and learner-centered environments. Through critical and culturally responsive pedagogy, students will reflect on topics such as hazard identification, lab organization, ethical leadership, and developmentally appropriate safety protocols. Emphasis is placed on practical applications in managing diverse lab settings and fostering inclusive, safe spaces within Agricultural Engineering and Technology.
