The conducting track in the Master of Music is designed to provide intense training for students interested in attaining professional-level skills and background in the art of conducting. There are three concentrations in the conducting degree: choral, band and orchestral. Students entering these programs should have substantial undergraduate training in conducting.

One semester of recital:
Applied Instruction
Eight hours of: Applied Ensemble
Two hours from: Literature
Three hours from: Music Electives
Five credig hours of music electives from MHL, MTC, MUE, MUP or MUS prefixes. |
