The 36-hour M.A. in studio art is an abbreviated track. Students wishing to advance to the terminal degree in the field may continue on to the M.F.A. program from the M.A. program or apply directly to the M.F.A. program.

M.A. Studio Art Curriculum

  • 12 hrs. advanced art history
  • 9 hrs. studio major concentration courses
  • 6 hrs. studio minor concentration courses
  • 9 hrs. studio electives

Total: 36 hrs.
