Requirements

The mathematics teacher certification for grades 7-12 requires:

• CSCI 1302 - Computer Science Principles or equivalent is required
• MATH 2313 - Calculus I
• MATH 2113 - Calculus I Lab
• MATH 2314 - Calculus II
• MATH 2114 - Calculus II Lab
• MATH 3360 - Introduction to Modern Mathematics
• MATH 3365 - Linear Algebra
• MATH 3315 - Calculus III
• MATH 3115 - Calculus III Lab
• MATH 3330 - Differential Equations
• MATH 3370 - College Geometry
• MATH 3340 - Probability Modeling
• MATH 3345 - Statistical Inference
• MATH 4320 - Introduction to Algebraic Systems
• MATH 4330 - Introduction to Analysis I
• MATH 4335 - Introduction to Analysis II
• MATH 4180 - Seminar in Mathematics II
