Athletic Coaching Minor

Students who are majoring in a field of study other than kinesiology, public health, or dance are eligible for this minor. The purpose of this minor is to prepare students who want to coach athletic teams and teach subjects other than physical education, health or dance in the school system. This minor also would be beneficial for anyone wishing to coach youth sports, city parks and recreation teams, YMCA teams, etc.
