BIOL 3350 - Cellular and Molecular Biology

Course includes structure and function of cells with focus on eukaryotes, including organelles, cytoskeletal elements, biomembranes, protein trafficking and the nucleus. Cellular metabolism, photosynthesis and enzyme catalysis also are studied. The structure and function of genomes, including transcription, translation, replication and gene regulation, and genome architecture are included.
