ANSC 3387 - Intermediate Horsemanship Credit(s): 3
An intermediate riding course that addresses standard techniques and principles of horsemanship associated with Western riding. Students will ride horses each day, learning standard athletic maneuvers of the equine under saddle beyond those introduced in Basic Horsemanship to develop skills in a logical progression of advancement of the rider’s ability. Students will be expected to wear an approved riding helmet, jeans and appropriate footwear at all times. Prerequisite(s): ANSC 2377
