MTE 550 - Conceptual Geometry Credit(s): 3
Concepts of Euclidean geometry with emphasis on deductive and inductive reasoning, discovery and justification, congruence and similarity, and creative thinking about quantitative, spatial and logical situations. Special attention will be given to the implementation of geometry and measurement into the elementary and middle school curricula. Prerequisite(s): At least six hours of undergraduate mathematics or consent of instructor
