ORMO 4303 - Internship I

Internship 1 is the first three-credit course of a two-course advanced internship focused on supervised orientation and mobility experiences in various placements. This internship (3 credit hour practicum) allows student to provide at least 175 hours of service to individuals with visual impairment under the supervision of a certified orientation and mobility specialist. Across Internship 1 (ORMO 4303) and Internship 2 (ORMO 4304) of this advanced internship, students must enroll in a total of 6 credit hours and accumulate at least 350 hours of supervised field- based experiences.
