CRIJ 3303 - Criminal Law

This course introduces students to the basic structure and elements of law and criminal liability in the United States. Topics include elements of law, criminal justification and excuses, and differing types of criminal involvement. The course will also examine definitions of violent and nonviolent crime from both the Model Penal Code and the Texas Penal Code.
