CRIJ 3305 - Criminal Procedure I

This course introduces students to the structure of the court system in the United States and the U.S. Constitution as it applies to the practice of criminal justice. The primary focus of the course is to provide students with an in-depth understanding of the application of the Fourth Amendment to searches and seizure of persons and property.
