CRIJ 3306 - Criminal Procedure II

This course expands on student’s understanding of the U.S. Constitution as it applies to criminal justice. Topics include pre-trial identification of suspects, the exclusionary rule, remedies for rights violations, pre-trial and trial processes, and procedural aspects of counterterrorism.
