DRAM 3340 - Advanced Musical Theatre Credit(s): 3
This course is a continuation of the study and practice of musical theatre. Students will gain a deeper knowledge of the history of musical theatre with a focus on renown composers and choreographers while developing a solid understanding of how to be a professional musical theatre actor. The class will culminate into a publicly performed Showcase. The lab portion will be dedicated to rehearsing seven to eight contrasting pieces for the Showcase.
