Requirements

The requirements for a minor in physics are 18 semester hours and must include:

PHY 241 - Technical Physics I Credit(s): 3 (or PHY 131 with department permission)
PHY 242 - Technical Physics II Credit(s): 3 (or PHY 132 with department permission)
PHY 333 - Modern Physics Credit(s): 3

plus six hours

(two must be advanced) from the following courses:
