CMGT 3347 Cost Estimating II: This 3-credit hours lecture course is designed to advance student understanding of estimating concepts using software for construction. Prerequisite: CMGT 2346 Cost Estimating I.  Students are required to have a laptop and utilize cost estimating software.  Minimum Grade requirement of C; Service Learning participation required.
