CMGT 2212 - Construction Materials and Methods Lab: This 2-credit hour lab course is designed to provide students with a hands-on demonstration of the materials, assemblies, and connections presented in the accompanying lecture section. The strengths and properties of concrete, steel, and wood are tested in the lab. Standard assemblies (walls, columns, and beams) and connections (nailed, screwed, glued, and bolted) are constructed and tested to demonstrate and analyze relative strengths and properties of failure. Co-requisite CMGT 2211 - Construction Materials and Methods Lecture; Minimum grade requirement of C. Repeated: No Co-requisite Course(s): CMGT 2211
