CMGT 4315 - Commercial Building Systems Lab

CMGT 4315 - Commercial Building Systems Lab: This 3-credit hour (9 contact hrs) lab course is designed as a hands-on application course of commercial structures.  The lab includes utilizing the correct building materials, construction techniques, mechanical and electrical systems, experiencing different building techniques, reading and applying construction documents and the attending to commercial building codes.  This lab course meets bimonthly on Fridays and Saturdays (every other weekend).  Co-requisite: CMGT 4115 Commercial Building Systems (Lecture).  Minimum grade requirement of C.
