CMGT 3314 - Residential Building Systems Lab

CMGT 3314 - Residential Building Systems Lab: This 3-credit hour (9 contact hrs) lab course is designed as a hands-on application of residential structures.  The lab includes utilizing the correct building materials, construction techniques, mechanical and electrical systems, experiencing different building techniques, reading and applying construction documents and the attending to residential building codes.  This lab course meets bimonthly on Fridays and Saturdays (every other weekend).  Co-requisite: CMGT 3114 Residential Building Systems (Lecture).  Minimum grade requirement of C.
