CMGT 2346 - Cost Estimating I

CMGT 2346 Cost Estimating I: This 3-credit hour lecture course is designed to address the fundamentals of estimating construction materials and labor costs in construction, including predicting costs of materials, equipment, and labor for selected construction operations. Scheduling will also be introduced in this course. Students are required to have a laptop and utilize cost estimating software. Minimum Grade requirement of C; Service Learning participation required.
