Applications of chemical laws and methods to the solution of geological problems. Geochemistry is a course that helps to gain understanding of the geochemical reactions that take place at or near the earth’s surface and the resulting environmental conditions. This course utilizes fundamental chemical concepts applied to reactions in aqueous solutions.
